Building from the ground up meant starting with one of their biggest challenges: their product names. There were just too many. They were adding to the impression of PFPC being a company without a singular focus. So we began our work by rationalizing and simplifying their naming architecture.
We then moved online with a complete overhaul and redesign of the PFPC website. Our goal was to make it truly “open for business.” The new site, while deep and rich with information, also recognizes that sometimes you just want to skim the surface. Its simplicity underscores the PFPC desire to make it easier for customers to do business with them – not harder. After all, if one click of the mouse can turn a customer away, then it’s crucial that every click be considered.
